The Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is designed to help low to moderate-income homeowners repair and rehabilitate their primary residences.

Its goal is to make homes safe, decent, and sanitary, while preserving affordable housing and stabilizing neighborhoods.
